Contest Rules (please read):

1. First, LIKE our Neuromixer page: http://www.facebook.com/neuromixer

2. UPLOAD your photo to the Neuromixer page/Timeline.

3. SHARE your photo on your own page/Timeline to get your friends to 'like' it.

4. Be creative! Pick a photo that clearly shows the NEUROMIXER LOGO and/or a SOFTWARE SCREENSHOT of any of the Neuromixer software (i.e. AVmixer Pro, AVmixer Lite, AVplayer Touch or AVdrum).

5. You may submit as many photos as you like, however each person can only win one prize. Your photo with the most 'likes' will be the only one entered into the contest.

6. ***1st place wins a brand new iPad3!***

7. Five Runners Up will win a license to AVMixer Pro 2.

8. If two entries have the same number of 'likes,' the one that was uploaded to the Neuromixer page first wins.

9. Contest closes August 31st @ midnight (PST).

10. The winners will be announced September 10, 2012.

11. All taxes relative to the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions, assignments or transfers. No cash equivalents.

12.
